ما هي الاسهم الأمريكية الحلال

حكم التداول في الاسهم الحلال الأمريكية أو غيرها من الاسهم الحلال، لا يختلف باختلاف موطن الشركة إن كانت عربية أم أمريكية أم أوروبية أو غير ذلك، طالما انطبقت الضوابط المذكورة سابقًا على أي شركة فإن الاستثمار في أسهمها حلال مهما كانت جنسية الشركة.
طريقة تطهير الاسهم
ومع انتشار فكرة الاستثمار في الاسهم الأمريكية خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية بين المستثمرين العرب فأصبح البحث عن الاسهم الامريكية الحلال هو الشغل الشاغل لهم، فشراء أسهم شركة ما يعني شراء حق ملكية فيها ليصبح المشتري مالكًا جزئيًا فيها ويحق له نسبة من أرباح الشركة بحسب حصته من السهم، سواء كان ذلك من خلال الحصول على حصته من الأرباح النقدية أو من خلال ارتفاع قيمة السهم في البورصات العالمية.

ومن هذا المنظور فإن كسب المال بهذه الطريقة لا يوجد به أي شبهة حرام، ولكن بشرط البحث والتدقيق في النظام المالي للشركة المراد الاستثمار في أسهمها، ورؤية مدى توافقها مع الشروط والضوابط الشرعية.
