The place is shaping up nicely. Smile

Despite the lack of personal insulting, name calling, and ad hominem attacks, it hasn't seemed to encourage WCR Supporters to explain the evidence in this case.

So in that sense - the sense of proving that believers simply have no excuses that work, yes; this forum is certainly doing the job!
I think the forum does a very good job of showing how eccentric all you pro C fairy tale believers are.....at least it is entertaining.....

And, as I stated, and you are proving, I think that this forum is demonstrating that in an arena where personal insults are being deleted, you still rely on it, rather than the evidence.

Still too busy to answer the questions you've run from, Patrick?
As a website owner, it might be interesting to compare this site to another...

There's another JFK conspiracy forum - which shall be unnamed... it started almost a year ago. As of today, it says:
Quote:89 Posts in 30 Topics by 123 Members.
To compare - this forum has 900 posts in 92 topics... and has been online for less than 60 days...

A quick search of the term "JFK Conspiracy Forum" reveals the following:

Google:
Other forum: positions 12,13
This forum: position: 18

Yahoo:
Other forum: position: 4
This forum: positions: 5,6

Bing:
Other forum: position: 2
This forum: position: 4,5,7

Not bad ratings for a website that's been around not even two months yet... so yes, I think this forum is doing quite well... here's a graphical comparison to the other forum when it comes to the last 10 message threads:

So yes... all the evidence & data seem to show that this forum is taking off very nicely indeed. For the short amount of time that it's been around - it has made an impact in the search engine ratings that compares with a forum that's been around for close to a year.
Yes, the figures are encouraging. Just a shame there aren't a couple more pro lone gunman supporters around too give you all more of a run for your money.....like Henry!

The reason that there aren't any more believers has nothing to do with this forum.

They are quite rightfully afraid of trying to defend the Warren Commission in a forum where there are knowledgeable critics, and who's rules do not allow the nonsense that covers up their lies & cowardice.

As you are discovering, Patrick.

Believers are more than welcome in this forum - but there's only one credible reason why they aren't here...

And it has nothing to do with ad hominem, does it Patrick?
Are you intending to make money from this forum, Ben?

Yes.

But the real question is how much.

I suspect that I'll eventually earn enough to pay the yearly cost of the domain name.

If you want to earn money with a forum, picking a narrow topic such as the JFK case isn't the way to do it.

So it's kind of like a public service?
