I'm growing increasingly dissatisfied with the difficulty of locating particular posts... and I know that the issue is only going to get worse... This forum's searching ability isn't up to par - and the JFK case is a place where you want to locate other posts... right?

The administration side of this software, PhpBB - also leaves alot to be desired... although that's something that users don't see...

So I've been examining other forum software, and will likely be moving this forum to a new one within the next week or two. No posts will disappear... but if you come to the site one day - and see it looking entirely different - just be cool, and take it in stride.

The new forum has very easy and powerful posting - and I think everyone will like the change...

Stay tuned!
Yes I agree, it is not the easiest of forum formats.......and I work in I.T between my stints with the boys at CIA of course.....
The new forum format is terrific... Easy to read, easy to navigate... thanks!

Most importantly - as far as I'm concerned, is the vastly better search capability. The other forum software would choke on single word searches, and even not allow some two word searches with the claim that the words were too common.

Now I can search for 'Railroad' - and find every post that Patrick has run from.

Naturally, I've only started configuring this forum, so you'll see a lot of changes coming up - all good, I hope. I'm also missing some of my favorite formatting commands, so I'll be figuring out how to add 'em back in. (as well as the 'Critic', 'WCR Supporter', and 'Fencesitter'.)

For those who like clutter free posting, check out the icon at the top that looks like four green diamonds in a square... click it.
Yes it seems a fair bit better.

However, the format will not inspire me to answer every question I am asked - I am far too busy with my day job at CIA....

There is nothing that would "inspire" you to answer for the evidence in this case.

No matter how "inspired" you were, it's simply an impossible task for someone who's not completely honest.

WOW! Not "answer every question I am asked..."? I'm not sure whether you're flexing your ego here, or simply overwhelmed by your day job. Help us understand your predicament.  Huh
