But what did the Warren Commission's underlying evidence state?

Then the man who I later learned was Oswald ordered a lemonade. Now I didn't know what to give him because we don't have lemonades in the bar. So I asked Orest Pena how I should fix a lemonade. Orest told me to take a little of this lemon flavoring, squirt in some water, and charge him 25 cents for the lemonade, and that's the incident surrounding that situation. (11H 341)

The Warren Commission also cited CE 2477 pg 10 - which interestingly enough, contradicts the testimony of these two eyewitnesses. Interestingly, Pena notes that he was badgered by the FBI about the "lemonade"... seems that the FBI didn't like what they heard. (FBI Intimidation yet again!) So they ended up reporting something different anyway...
The bottom line: Oswald ordered a lemonade - which would hardly make him drunk - and is ENTIRELY consistent with what we know of Oswald's drinking habits. Once again, the WCR simply lied about their own evidence.
