I know that many critics do not find Chauncey Marvin Holt to be credible. I do. The man was mufti-talented, and through his work with the Meyer Lansky also worked for the CIA, and played a small part in the assassination of JFK. Of course he did not know of the impending assassination, as many who played parts did not know the whole story. Holt's part was to create a number of phony Secret Service badges and pins, The pins used had colors that were changed regularly so as to make it difficult to do what he was tasked to do.

Nevertheless, instructions came from Phil Twombly in the form of the letter below, where the fake SS badges are referred to as "bottling convention badges." In addition, the letter refers to badges for two DPD policemen, Carl Day and George Butler, which makes Day's flim-flam with the Carcano palmprint even more obvious than it already was. I would be interested if anyone has any ideas about George Butler's role.
