Challenge for Critics??? - Ben Holmes - 08-21-2016

Quote:Conspiracy theorists have one top challenge to answer, if they claim the TBSD shooters were not Oswald: how did they escape unnoticed?

They didn't escape unnoticed... They were, in fact, seen coming down the stairs, AND IT WAS TESTIFIED TO during Warren Commission testimony.

  • Marion Baker sees two unidentified white men by the 1st floor elevator as he and Truly head towards the NW stairs
  • Officer Mooney passes two unidentified men in plain clothes descending the stairs as he is ascending the stairs from the 2nd floor.
  • Vicky Adams sees two men she identifies as Shelley and Lovelady by the elevators on the 1st floor when she re-enters the building.
  • Vicky Adams sees two unidentified men in the stalled 2nd floor elevator moments after Mooney's encounter.
  • Officer Harkness encounters 2 unidentified men who flash SS Credentials to him on the North Loading Dock by the door, shortly after Adams encounter.

This isn't a problem for critics... there isn't any unanswerable question about the evidence that critics cannot deal with in a reasonable and credible way... (and no believer will dare post any example that refutes this...)

The same doesn't hold true for believers.

RE: Challenge for Critics??? - Ben Holmes - 08-22-2016

Quote:I don't see how the shooters could have been cops. If they were, Roy Truly and the officer who ran up with him would have seen them. They didn't.

It's clear that believers are getting desperate. They are now pretending that Roy Truly testified that he saw no other people who didn't work in the building.

That would be a lie... the question was never put to Roy Truly, and he failed to offer any such suggestion that he saw no-one else.

Indeed, it's a FACT that police were walking all around Truly, who failed to note them. As just one example:
Quote:Mr. BALL. Where was Captain Fritz when you saw him?
Mr. TRULY. He was on the sixth floor in the area where they found the rifle.

This demonstrates that Truly was not the witness that believers think he is. Captain Fritz clearly manages to get to the 6th floor without Roy Truly seeing him. Certainly "police officers" could have come down without Roy Truly seeing them... particularly when we know for a fact that two did exactly that.

Why do believers have to lie about the evidence in this case?

RE: Challenge for Critics??? - Ben Holmes - 08-22-2016

Quote:Got any evidence 'they' were cops? Or just more of your well honed gut feelings.

It seems meaningless to keep showing why believers are dishonest, but I'll do it anyway:
Quote:Mr. MOONEY - It was a push button affair the best I can remember. got hold of the controls and it worked. We started up and got to the second. I was going to let them off and go on up. And when we got there, the power undoubtedly cut off, because we had no more power on the elevator. So I looked around their office there, just a short second or two, and then I went up the staircase myself. And I met some other officers coming down, plainclothes, and I believe they were deputy sheriffs. They were coming down the staircase. But I kept going up. And how come I get off the sixth floor, I don't know yet. But, anyway, I stopped on six, and didn't even know what floor I was on.

Mr. Mooney was THERE... and his "well honed gut feeling" said that they were cops.

End of story...

Patrick, by his dead silence on this issue, clearly has no refutation.

Two unidentified men, the actual assassins... made it out of the TSBD without being stopped by anyone.

Embarrassing, isn't it?
