Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons... #21 Refuted.
(21) Oswald's behavior at his boarding house indicates a flight in progress.
Changing clothes when getting home from work is something that I do on a regular basis... should I now be indicted for murder? He changed clothes, then walked across the street, and was last seen waiting at a bus stop.
It's interesting to note that when District Attorney Wade, on Sunday night, held a press conference and described how Oswald had taken a bus - one incredulous reporter asked the question: "Mr. Wade, is this the first time the Dallas Transit Company has ever been used for a getaway car?" CE 2170
Think about that for a moment... you've just murdered the President, and you "flee" in public transportation... and the fact that you've taken a bus is "behavior" that tends to show that you're guilty of murder...
You can't make up stories like that!

RE: Vincent Bugliosi's 53 Reasons... #21 Refuted.
Rather than waiting for an entire month to point out that Patrick has refused to answer a post, (when Patrick will then claim that I'm wrong)... I'll make the charge right now...
Since Patrick has provably seen the above post, and clearly has refused thus far to answer it.
This is quite typical... critics can answer ANYTHING AT ALL that believers raise - and do so in a credible manner with, in most cases, corroborating evidence.
The opposite isn't true.
Time and time again I raise issues that believers simply cannot answer.
Then whine that they don't answer it because of my attitude... (The truth, of course, is quite a bit different... and provably so.)
If Bugliosi's 53 reasons for Oswald's guilt were actually strong evidence in reality... Patrick would be all over my rebuttals... and would be making mincemeat of my posts.
Clearly, that isn't happening.
And that fact tells the tale...
