I believe it's quite easy to be a believer in the Warren Commission and be ignorant of the evidence in this case. But once one learns the contradictions in the evidence, and the outright manipulations, lies, and secrecy surrounding the official "investigations" of this case - the only way then to maintain a belief is to start lying.

As every single Warren Commission supporter I've ever debated has done.
