Until you can put a rifle in that package, it does *nothing* to indict Oswald. It's also worth noting that every witness who saw that package, and testified about it, stated that it was too short to contain a rifle. Their testimony is quite compelling, because of the way that they stated Oswald had carried the package, with his palm under the package, and the top of the package was UNDER his armpit.

Now, either Oswald had the arms of an Orangutan, or the package wasn't long enough for the Mannlicher Carcano that Bugliosi believes it contained.

Since Bugliosi already lied about curtain rods not having turned up in this case - one can legitimately wonder if Oswald would have stopped to tie his shoelaces, it would have ended up in Bugliosi's list of evidence...

Again, the theme of presuming Oswald's guilt – THEN using everything he did and said as evidence of that 'guilt'. We're seeing this theme over and over again.
Oswald must have slotted the rifle between his upper arm and body and it protruded out in front of him...Frazier just never saw it.

The "package was too short" argument just sucks....we don't measure things people carry....remember NO ONE is expecting anything that day like what happened.....

I gave my business partner a ride to a meeting yesterday and he had a little back pack for his lap top......ask me what colour it was or what make it was...I would have almost no idea.....other than that it was a neutral shade acceptable for business....
So your mere speculation that all witnesses to the package were wrong about the size of it is evidence that Oswald committed the murder...

That is, after all, what you're saying.

I think it's sheer nonsense... and, as I pointed out, and you didn't answer - "Until you can put a rifle in that package, it does *nothing* to indict Oswald. All you've got is speculation.

Speculation piled on top of speculation... WHERE'S THE EVIDENCE THAT OSWALD COMMITTED THE MURDER?

Bugliosi claimed 53 bits of evidence, and as we've seen, he failed miserably... and I suspect that you found the first 5 items too difficult to refute...
