Once again I ask that you refrain from insults, Patrick. We have not insulted you here, and I'm sure you will agree that a personal insult reveals only that you have no rebuttal argument worth anything.

The far right pose below is one that did not turn up until 1976, and it turned up in the possession of Roscoe White's widow. Roscoe had been brought aboard the DPD team in September of 1963 and there are some critics who believe that he was one of the shooters in Dealey Plaza. One thing for sure, though, about Roscoe White, is that he was an expert at photo manipulation.

Another oddity about this third photo is explained here by David Josephs:
"The existence of 133-C is not acknowledged until 1977 yet somehow the Dallas Police Dept with the help of Roscoe White has placed Det. Brown in the exact pose of 133-C. They create a cut-out image of Oswald also in the exact same pose as 133-C. Yet 133-C, according to the evidence, is not something the DPD, FBI or WC is aware of until 14 years later. Finally, when Oswald's image from 133-C is pasted back into the 133-C Oswald pose, the image is terribly skewed and obviously not "original" or matching.

"How can the DPD or FBI be aware of this pose, enough so as to place a man exactly in that pose for test photos,and how come the image and the cut-out are so badly aligned? Until these questions are answered, one must consider the possibility that these images and poses existed well before they were discovered and that the DPD or FBI made sure that only one of these negatives survives so they cannot be shown to be EXACT, as opposed to similar."

I am sorry that we seem to have lost the humour aspect here......you know how much humour is part of British culture....Monty Python, Faulty Towers and the list goes on.........

Sarcasm is so ingrained within our culture that asking someone to not use it is almost like requesting a nationality change, but I will do my best.

I use tripe because it is a short word and sums up that I think some one is talking nonsense.

I must say that if a poster suggests that they think Buell Wesley Frazier was part of a conspiracy, then they are open to some degree of ridicule. It's a bit like saying there are aliens on the moon IMO.....

Buell Wesley Frazier was hauled in, had his 30.06 confiscated, and forced to undertake a lie detector test. He came dangerously close to being charged with murdering the President. Those silly DPD officers... right Patrick?

The Nessie thing is not humorous. It's an insult even on your side of the big pond.

I don't really object to "tripe." What I object to is when "tripe" is the sum total of your argument. If you want to call a statement "tripe," be my guest, but please follow it with a refutation with citations. Citations cannot include anonymous people you have talked to, e.g., a neighbor who is a forensic pathologist. I'm sure you understand why.

And I must say that anyone who believes in the SBT is open to some degree of ridicule, but on this forum I vow to hold that ridicule in check. We would appreciate if you would do the same.

We are trying for the civil discussion you often claim you want to have, yet you are the one who has violated decorum several times now, while we have not. Do you see the problem?

It's quite pitiful to see how abysmally neutered Patrick really is when stripped of his favorite weapon: the ad-hominem. The issue of the BY photos is so beyond obvious as to now be an unfair thrashing of WC apologists. Debating the photos makes me feel like a bully, though the one who fancies himself the next John Cleese has nothing to say on the anomalies which make this issue such an outstanding RED FLAG on the case. But so far there are too many discrepancies the LNers have no answer for:

- The side mount Carcano
- The wide, discolored chin belonging to another man
- Marina's unfamiliarity with a camera (or the fact she claimed to only take two photos; whichever the truth is contradicts the "official" evidence)
- The issue of the third "pose", as mentioned by Garry, found in Roscoe White's possessions.

The photo on the left below is undoubtedly an interesting fake. I am suspicious because the noise in the photo would probably cover up any manipulation. Besides, why should there be so much noise anyway?

Subject to correction (as I'm going by memory here...) But I'm under the impression that the photo on the right was 'discovered' in the 90's... and the one on the left was known back in 193-64 time period as a DPD 'recreation' photo.

Demonstrating that the DPD knew about the photo on the right back in 1963.

That's the story as I recall it, but I can't cite anything off the top of my head...
